一、Operations Assistant

Job duties.   1、Make contract according to the information provided by the salesman, fax it to the customer after being signed and stamped by the supervisor, and follow up the contract back to sign.   2、Issuing warehouse receipts according to the signed back contract.   3、Tracking the arrival of goods according to the delivery information provided by logistics.   4、Statement management: reconciliation with customers' accounts (at least once a month, according to customers' reconciliation time) and signing back of bills to keep files, reconciliation with financial accounts (once a month).   5、Accounts receivable management: assist in business collection and real-time follow-up of accounts receivable and collection plans.   6、Customer information management, must require integrity.   7、VAT invoice planning and issuance as required, supporting contracts and shipping orders need to follow up in a timely manner to sign back.   8, according to the customer's old transaction records and the status of inventory products, sales reminders and suggestions to salesmen.   9, ERP and other systems data entry in a timely and accurate manner.   10、Complete the affairs assigned by superiors. 二、Fabric design

Job duties.   1, responsible for the sports series of clothing and other products line pattern development theme and direction, experience in yoga sports, swimwear, running apparel, etc. is particularly good.   2, leading the completion of each product season knitting sports new fabric development direction, according to the market situation and customer demand for new technology, new materials, popular colours, patterns and other development trends forecast, put forward product development plans, and constantly develop new products.   3、Track the whole process of colour matching, pattern design, sample trial and production of the company's R&D products, and carry out effective management, control and improvement.   4, according to customer needs, do a good job of new product sampling, mass production, in collaboration with marketing personnel for new product marketing.Job requirements.   1、University degree or above, majoring in textile design or pattern design.   2、4 years relevant working experience, including 3 years relevant working experience in professional fabric pattern design company or garment category company.   3、Familiar with the structure and characteristics of various fabrics, especially knitted sports fabrics, mastering weaving technology, understanding the trend of domestic and international sportswear fabrics, strong market sensitivity and aesthetics, strong pattern design ability, skilled in Photoshop, CrowDraw, AI and other drawing tools.

三、Fabric sales

Job duties.

1、Responsible for the sports series of fabric customer information collection and feedback.

  2、Develop sales according to the market situation and customer demand, and promote products well.

  3、Tracking customer service work, docking order production, to complete the monthly sales task.

Job requirements.

  1, more than three years of sales experience in knitted sports fabric industry, knitted sports fabric field is preferred, able to directly get started in customer development and sales, and have business performance.

  2、Familiar with the operation of the apparel fabric industry, have sales network and channels to quickly develop customers, have good contacts in the fabric industry, have the spirit of independent business development.

  3, have the ability to resist pressure, back performance targets, with project marketing and planning experience.

  4, grasp the latest industry trends, timely understanding and meet customer needs, develop long-term cooperation plans, with sales skills and negotiation skills, strong strain ability.

  5、Adapt to travel off-site and be able to achieve sales performance targets independently.

  6、We do not have a salary ceiling, to give personal ability to maximize the development of space, can take the project partnership cooperation, or part-time and other flexible ways to create value together.

四、Fabric Sourcing

Job duties.

1、Responsible for making procurement plans for raw materials, grey fabrics and finished fabrics, entering into procurement contracts, information entry and monthly procurement budgets in accordance with the procurement requirements of the Sales Department.

  2、Procurement by price comparison and control the purchasing cost of fabrics.

  3、Assist the supervisor in the development of suppliers and assessment of suppliers' qualification ability; establish supplier qualification assessment form (production capacity, technical level, production conditions, cooperation intention, cooperation attitude, etc.) and carry out subsequent management.

  4、Manage the procurement contract, make the purchase order in time and control the production progress of suppliers to ensure the quality and delivery time.

  5, responsible for the fabric into the warehouse in a timely manner to notify QC to do a good job of quality control and let the warehouse do into the warehouse.

  6、To complete other work temporarily assigned by the supervisor.


Job qualifications.

1、Textile engineering, dyeing and finishing engineering or international trade related majors college degree or above, with English ability.

  2、Related work experience, systematic procurement, proficient in operating common office software.

  3, with team spirit, honesty and integrity, good moral and professional conduct, sense of responsibility and coordination ability.
